Community Partners

South Church is committed to the Granby Community.  We are not only blessed with a thriving group of people but also with buildings that we can offer to different organizations for a place to congregate.  This fosters a strong relationship and the sense that we are not here simply to worship amongst ourselves, but to reach out to others in need of space, comfort or simply to be good neighbors in our community.

Come Worship

wheelWorship is the hub at the center of the wheel of South Church.  The Administration are spokes which supports the works of many people where the rubber hits the road.  Therefore, vital, participatory worship is essential focus for us. Our music is varied, utilizing the gifts of many musicians in our congregation.  Our 8:30 service follows the same order as our second service and is more contemplative. Children come to our 10:00 service until the children's message, after which they are excused to Kaleidoscope corner. This service is blessed with energy and variety.

Join Us for Coffee

Following both worship services each Sunday is a coffee hour in the Fellowship Hall. Come share in conversation and get acquainted with fellow church members and visitors. Many persons take a turn in hosting the coffee hour, and we are happy to help each other out. Put your name on the sign-up list in Fellowship Hall.
