Craft and Chat Group

TUESDAY MORNING CRAFT AND CHAT GROUP meets on Tuesday mornings from 10 AM to 12 PM in the Library.  There is no program, each person works on their own project or shows up just to chat. Please join us!

Join us for Tuesday Evening Yoga (Meditation in Motion) in the Gathering Room, from 6-7 pm, with Valerie Raggio.  Yoga has proven to be beneficial to people of all ages in clearing the mind, reducing stress and anxiety and increasing flexibility. All are welcome! Adults are great storytellers and wonderful story listeners.  If you want to get better at storytelling, or if you simply want to share some of the experiences of your life–or if you want to hear some wonderful stories told, come to Personal Storytelling on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM in the Parlor.  W

Qi Gong

QI GONG WITH MARCEY HICKEY meets on Wednesdays, from 9:30 – 10:30 AM, in the Youth Building. QiGong is specifically designed to cultivate energy, using it to heal and strengthen every system throughout the body. This class is taught by Marcey Hickey, a certified Qi Gong/Tai Chi instructor and is suitable for any age or fitness level. Suggested donation is $5 – $10 per class.

Silver Lake Open House

SILVER LAKE OPEN HOUSE: Check out Silver Lakeon Sunday, May 17, from 1:00 – 5:00 PM. Silver Lake staff, counselors, and deans will introduce you to camp! Take a tour on foot or hop on the hayride. See the cabins and other buildings, find out where the Freds (bathrooms) are, and check out the ropes courses and the waterfront.
