By combining gentle stretches, strengthening postures, and flowing movements, QiGong opens the body and its energy systems in a blissful and therapeutic way. This class is taught by Marcey Hickey, a certified QiGong/TaiChi instructor and is suitable for any age or fitness level. Suggested donation $5-10 per class.
