Qi Gong

QiGong with Marcey Hickey meets on Wednesdays from 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. in the Youth Building. QiGong is specifically designed to cultivate energy, using it to heal and strengthen every system throughout the body. This class is taught by Marcey Hickey, a certified QiGong/Tai Chi instructor and is suitable for any age or fitness level. Suggested donation is $5 – $10 per class.
